The 10-Day Sugar Detox

An online community-based group coaching experience with Celeste to nix the sugar.

Offered in the Spring and in the Autumn.


A detox is a period of time in which we take ourselves through a process of removing harmful or unhealthy substances.

 

Sugar is considered a leading cause of lifestyle diseases like obesity and diabetes. It has been called a neurotoxin and linked to degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's. For me, sugar is just plain annoying because it is in so much of our food today.

 

In grocery stores, even "healthy" options like granola bars and alternative milks (if you're into that kind of thing) have sugar in them.

 

I reckon if you're just learning about sugar and haven't done a good detox before, you could go to your pantry or fridge and your jaw would drop when you start adding up how many grams of sugar are hiding in there.

 

 

The 10-Day Detox group coaching program is for you if you:

  • Basically spend all day every day with sugar cravings and sugary snacks or drinks. Maybe you're noticing symptoms of excess sugar consumption like addictive behaviors around sugar, weight gain, mood swings, inconsistent energy levels throughout the day, sleepless nights, skin issues, digestive issues... the list could go on.
  • You find that you can't help yourself from reaching for a sugary snack even though you know better.
  • You have tried to nix the sugar before, but it's easy for you to slip back into the habit (this is for the binge-sugar-eaters like I used to be...)
  • You feel like you have a pretty good relationship with sugar, but you could just use some time away to reset your digestion and emotional body.

  • Helps you choose to eat for energy so you can show up at work, at home and for yourself in a way that you haven't been able to...ever?

When you register*:

  • You will receive a Daily Detox email with tips, education and motivation from Celeste everyday during the active detox.
  • You are invited to join the Facebook Group designated for all of your questions, celebrations, struggles and of course, more inspiration from Celeste!
  • You are invited to join the weekly Detox Discussion on Zoom on Sunday's at 5 p.m. CST. This is where you are invited to submit your questions beforehand then come online for a Live group coaching experience to help you move through the old habits and into new behaviors. A recording of these sessions will be available for those of you who aren't able to attend at the scheduled time.

 

The 10-Day Detox is more than a detox, it is a lifestyle program. You will learn how to recreate your lifestyle, step-by-step, to support your detox and to support new behaviors around your relationship with sugar beyond the 10 days.

 

The relationship with food is so sacred. Food is your body's nourishment and sustenance, plus it is a part of your daily ritual. When we heal this relationship, we start to notice an expansion of this healing in other parts of our lives — other relationships, other behaviors and other habits. This may be the catalyst for the larger changes you are seeking in your life!

When I was a teenager and I found myself at a crossroads, I remember a little voice making a suggestion and I brought that into my heart — never become addicted. Back then, I was more concerned with questionable substances.

 

Little did I know how addictive common substances like sugar were! After a personal process of going deep within then overcoming the sugar addiction, I felt a pull to share what works with more people to support them on their journey.

 

I envision a world that we are gracefully moving into where we all experience meaningful connections within ourselves and within our relationships to each other and to the world around us. May this program be a part of that vision.
